The embroidery quality was excellent, very clean and sharp, matching the proof perfectly. The fabric of the polos feels durable and comfortable. Sizing seemed accurate based on their size guides. Good shirts, slow proofing
We got a batch of custom oxford shirts with our company logo. The shirts themselves are really nice quality, comfortable and look professional. The embroidery detail was spot on. My main issue was the proofing process; it took a bit longer than I expected to get the initial digital proof back, which pushed our timeline a little. Once approved, though, production and delivery were fairly quick. The customer service was helpful when I called about the proofing delay, but it would be great if that step was a bit faster next time.
